Stray Rescue is proud to take part in this year's GO! St. Louis Marathon & Family Fitness Weekend®, April 14-15!

A person called the Citizens' Service Bureau and called Stray Rescue directly to report that he had found a puppy, approximately 5 months old, who had been tossed away in a trash can.

Responding to a Citizens' Service Bureau report concerning a stray dog in a person's back yard, we arrived to find two dogs huddled together on a thin, filthy sheet in the furthest corner of the yard near a dumpster. One of the dogs stood up... the other did not. He seemed lifeless. The person who called CSB said that the emaciated dog was fine, and he was just sad because she would not let him in the house.
