My name is Five Card Stud
I'm a lab/shepherd mix & I'm 16 weeks old (as of 3-30-12)
I'm neutered, microchipped & up to date on my shots..
I have been in my foster home waiting for my forever home & forever family.
I have never had a forever home or family. I was born on the streets with my sister & brothers & we lived there until the awesome people at Stray Rescue saved us. I'm ready to leave that life behind me & look forward to being the luckiest dog in the world because you love me & are willing to open your home up to me. I will be forever grateful & loyal to you.
I'm good with other dogs (there are other dogs here) & there are cats here too..I don't even pay attention to them because I'm too busy playing with all the toys here.
I know how to potty outside, I know how to sit & I'll give you my paw (usually I try to give you two of my paws at the same time, why not..more is better right?)
I sleep in my crate at night & I stay in there when my foster mom has to go to the store or wherever it is that she does when she leaves.
My foster mom smiles at me all the time, she says I'm just too adorable..she loves my long legs..she said I remind her of a baby deer.
I'm still pretty young so I have a lot to learn about life..But the one thing I'm absolutely sure of is that I want a home & family to call my very own.
I'm happy laying on the couch with my foster mom, or laying my head on her lap..I'm happy when I get a new chew toy..I'm happy when I'm playing with my foster brother Crane (he's looking for his forever family too, just like me)...Do you see the pattern here? I'm just a happy guy..even though the first part of my life was not so much fun..
I walk good on a leash.. I love going for long walks in the park with my foster family.
