Officer Gaddis

Officer Gaddis is either a total goofball or he is doing his impression of the Leaning Tower of Pisa.  Maybe he's both silly and intellectual.  Clearly he has great smile.

Officer Gaddis was found by a police officer, which is how he got his name.  We're sure he is a law-abiding guy who just happened to be a bit lost in the outside world.  Not any more.  Officer Gaddis is now safely housed at the shelter where his life is so much better.  However, he wouldn't mind "breaking out" and escaping to a new home.  He is sure you are the key to his new life.
