3 yearsShanequa is happy just to be safe and standing still in this picture. She was found dodging cars on a very busy street. Luckily one of our volunteers was able to get her to Stray Rescue – for which we are all grateful.
Known in the shelter as “sweet Shanequa,” this girl has a very gentle and loving personality. She adores people. Her walkers are her favorite buddies. She is not rude or pushy or her walks or hikes, rather preferring to keep pace with the person on the other end of the leash. She is also an excellent car rider, sitting calmly in the back seat, though she would never object to a treat or two tossed back there with her. But more than walks and rides, Shanequa loves hugs.
Shanequa is looking for a home where she can be the center of attention. In return, you’ll receive a life time of love and doggie kisses. It’s a good bargain for all concerned.
