Tank

Hi, I'm Tank!  Before Randy came to rescue me, I lived outside in a small kennel in 100+ degree heat in mud up to my elbows.  After I was rescued, I became the happiest dog in town and quickly was deemed a shelter favorite.

Now I'm even happier in a foster home!  My foster parents tell me I am the smartest dog they have ever met, but really I just love learning tricks.  I am proud to say that I know sit, down, shake, turn, stay, come, leave it, and eye contact.  I also know how to walk right beside my person with a loose leash, so you never have to worry about me pulling you around.  I even like my crate and will gladly go in (especially if you bribe me with kibble or peanut butter). I have no problem snoozing in there while my family is at work.

I love snuggling with them on the couch, getting my ears scratched, watching TV, and giving them smooches.  I am the gentlest treat taker you will ever meet.  Although I like kiddos of all sizes, I would do best in a home without small ones because I can be clumsy.  I am not fond of cats, however, and would prefer not to live with them!

I just want a great forever home, can you give me one?
