Thalassa

Thalassa is the matriarch of the pack of four recently rescued together from some very dangerous conditions.  In Greek mythology "Thalassa" represented the sea, and the sea is always maternal.  Stray Rescue's Thalassa is a beautiful dog with a strong maternal instinct toward her kids.   She managed to keep them all together and safe for many months, and now it is her chance to rest and be cared for.

Thalassa is a young dog and quite small at 38 pounds.  She is very friendly and sweet.  Walks are her special pleasure as she likes to sniff at everything she can.  Thalassa is ready to give up her mothering activities  for the loving home she so deserves.    She is alert, fun and just the right size for snuggling on the couch.  It's time for our sea-mother to dry off and enjoy the good life.  Already she's getting used to those puffy beds and toys.  Please come and meet Thalassa and prepare to be impressed.
