Weldon

Can you see the relief on Weldon's face?  "Put me in the car," he said.  "Get me out of here."   Weldon was living in an abandoned house.  His rescuers found him in a closet behind a mattress, which was the safest place around.  But he was thrilled to finally see some nice humans and leave his old life behind.

Weldon is a friendly guy, grateful for every bit of food and attention he receives.  At the age of five, he is a bit more mature and wise than his younger companions.  He is ready to settle into a real house where the only mattresses he'll find are the ones occupied by his family.  Do you have a place for a great dog?  Weldon hopes so.
