Zahari

It is fitting that Zahari is in motion when his picture was taken because he was found running down a street with his buddy Zajac.  Now Zahari is safe at Stray Rescue, and his running loose days are over.  However running on a leash with a human companion is on his list of fun things to do.

Zahari is always excited to see anyone stop by his shelter apartment.  He will run to his door wagging his tail excitedly, always hopeful that someone will stop for a visit.  Zahari is very playful and enjoys his time in the yard.  He walks well on a leash.  Recently Zahari got to go on a five mile hike with his shelter buddies.  He hiked well and loved the sights and smells of nature.    Probably he enjoyed most the grilled chicken he received as a treat on the way home.  Zahari is also learning good house manners and knows to sit on command.

Zahari lacks only one thing to make his life complete - a home of his own.  Here is your chance to make a young guy's future so much better than his past.  Zahari is waiting for that someone special to invest a little time and a lot of love in him.
