Unfortunately, Stray Rescue is not able to offer free or low cost spay/neuter surgeries at this time. However, there are several resources in the St. Louis area that have this type of program for dogs and cats. Please check out the following organizations to see if they meet your needs. Please note that some programs may have eligibility requirements.
